Anyone who is feeling a kind of brain fog, emotional confusion, exhaustion, even dizziness, emotional disconnection, trouble concentrating and even random anxiety: you are not alone! These feelings are not random. These symptoms are usually signs of emotional overload, which means that your nervous system needs to relax, that your soul is asking for room to breathe.
Nothing is the way it used to be. It's just that we've grown indifferent, our senses dulled, one event piling onto the next, so busy surviving that we don't even have the strength to lift our heads and look past the horizon.
Something different is happening, and it's happening in every area: in the amount of information, in how fast events come at us, even in the simplest conversations, in social interactions. Loneliness has become a global epidemic. People are struggling without end: financial struggles, emotional struggles, physical struggles.
The real war is over our attention. Social networks, advertising agencies, everyone wants your attention, and that's no accident. It's a precious commodity, worth much more than money. Why? Because it produces reality. What happens when a big event happens? All the attention goes to it. The world isn't run only by politics or by money. It's run by the energy of the collective. When millions of people are stuck in fear, rage, anxiety or hopelessness, their higher spiritual power is blocked, and when that happens it's easier to take their freedom of choice away from them. I'm reminding you, and myself too, that the name of the game here is freedom of choice, and anyone who wants to take it away from you is certainly not a good messenger of the Creator. In our essence as souls we must not hand our freedom of choice to anyone. As they say: nobody decides for me.
War isn't only about territory. War is an enormous energetic event, because war produces fear, drives division and leaves trauma behind, and that keeps most people in a low vibration. People who are in survival mode don't question the system, don't initiate, don't speak up. They only react.
People are focused on the chaos, stuck in emotional cycles, because when your attention is turned toward war, drama and fear, you're not focused on your own inner power and you're not connected to your soul.
A real awakening is not meditating and it is not reading spiritual books. An awakening is starting to ask questions you've never asked before, questions you maybe never dared to ask. An awakening is curiosity. It's casting doubt on everything, on every truth, including on what I myself think is the truth.
